Following the release of Antidote and the kickoff of our pastel palette, we are excited to bring you Ether!! This color was in the Test Lab as Pastel blue. The formula has been finalized based on your feedback and has received stellar reviews!! There are approximately 12 rods per pound.
Working Tip: Work it hot or cool, in as close to a neutral flame as possible. Try thinning it out for a milky tint. Blow-outs work best with the Pastel colors.
