Blue Blizzard

Opaque colours shot through with flecks of white “snow.” Should be worked in a neutral or oxidizing atmosphere. Blue is lapis-coloured. There are approximately 10 rods per pound.

Working Tip: Opaque colours shot through with flecks of textural white “snow.” This glass smoothes out in the flame, but retains a visual texture; the flecks appear distinct and don’t mix in. Should be worked in a neutral or oxidizing atmosphere. Blue is lapis-coloured, Teal is a dark opaque teal. Red is generally a brick red. Some batches are more translucent, and show more of the white flecks throughout.
